As we are a made to order business, please allow 1-6 weeks for your order to be created (depending on item).
Once your item is ready, we offer a complimentary personalised hand delivered service within Sydney CBD and the Southern Highlands, and select surrounding locations. Interstate hand delivery can also be arranged on occasion.
All items are shipped via Express Post Platinum, Signature required upon delivery. For extra peace of mind, you can purchase additional Extra Cover up to a $5,000 value - it provides loss or damage cover for your pieces.
